Eclectically Challenged

Clock Opera have set about to prove their versatility with new single Lesson No. 7. In contrast to the mellow, hypnotic qualities of Belongings their latest song has a surprising intensity to it but is nonetheless impressive. The vocals still stand out as one of the main attractions of the track, although this time they are much more impassioned and their is a rockier edge to them as well as the song as a whole which creates the most startling difference between this and their previous offering. This ability to execute versatility with such skill is what has enabled acts such as Bombay Bicycle Club to become one of the foremost buzz bands of the past couple of years and on the strength of these two tracks Clock Opera are poised to follow in those footsteps.
